I had a pleasant stay at Aviator Hotel & Suites. The lobby was welcoming and the check-in process was quick and easy. The bed in my room was comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. I also appreciated the presence of a microwave in the room, which was convenient for quick meals. The hotel staff were helpful and provided a list of nearby restaurants offering takeout and delivery options. I would recommend this hotel for its comfortable accommodations and friendly service.

ALL the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We ate breakfast there several mornings and the food was very good as well as the service.

I have pictures of the gaps in berween the door and seals. see picture). As a soon as the maid started working, your sleep was OVER! Every time a door closed, it was SLAMMED! Whether it was a maid cleaning or a customer leaving, to get a good nights impossible to sleep. FOR $100 per room, per night. The TV in my bedroom is bigger than the one in the hotel room! One would think the hotel would be nice and quiet. I could hear the people next door. I could hear the people in the hallway. I could hear employees discussing vacation plans and their schedules and the days they had off. This went on from 5AM till at least 10AM or 11AM dependinding on how full the hotel was. I would like to thank the GM for comping me a breakfast ($!0) for my troubles. But It in no way did it make up for two nights of no sleep. I had to put pillows on top of the A/C to keep the light out, (see pictures) turn the A/C down to 61 degrees ro keep from swearin and sleep comfortably. I also felt it was necessary to put paper in the peephole so no one could see (see pictures) in! DON'T go thru Booked.net. the later you wait, the more the rate increases plus you loose your choice of bed sizes. For example, I requested a King Bed and because I want through Booked.net my room rates were increased and I was denied a king size bed "BECAUSE I CHECKD IN AT 9PM. i had to turn my thermostat down to 61 degrees so I wouldn't wake up sweating. The lady night manager with long Red hair had no empathy for my situation. She made me feel like it my fault because I checked in late! If I were to recommend a hotel, I would go down the street and save $40 at a Motel 6 or Days Inn each night, and get treated like a human. Poop on HOLIDAY INN SOUTH IN ST. LOUIS. Save your $$$$

I feel like I wasted more most money than I have wasted since I rented a $20 room on a hotel off I-44 in Tulsa 20 years ago to have quickie sex and get the hell out of there! The cleanliness was comparable as was the staff.

Great staff, comfortable bed, convenient location near the highway. Prompt and helpful text communication. Enjoyed the pool and well-equipped gym.

That we were placed next to a I'm guessing a high school sports team, but it wasn't that big of a deal. They were just a little loud is all.

The Aviator Hotel & Suites South I-55, BW Signature Collection in Green Park provided us with a fantastic experience. The food was exceptional, and the location is perfect, right next to the fitness center. The staff genuinely cares about guests and offers excellent service, even providing a shuttle to the casino. Additionally, the pool was very clean, adding to our enjoyable stay.

The restaurant and bar at the hotel had excellent service, with friendly staff and comfortable seating. The food was delicious and served quickly. Many customers raved about the great selection on the menu and the tasty drinks. The location of the hotel was also a plus, with easy access to restaurants and shopping options nearby.

The outdated rooms were in need of some maintenance and updating.

The staff at Aviator Hotel & Suites, BW Signature Collection were exceptional! One day, our key card stopped working, but the front desk quickly resolved the issue and were incredibly friendly throughout. the service was top-notch and made our stay very enjoyable. I will definitely recommend this hotel to others.
